Dr Harun Ozer was recruited to RIMA from the faculty of the University of Virginia at Charlottesville. Dr. Ozer did his radiology residency at the Cerrahpasa Medical School in Istanbul, Turkey. He subsequently did dual fellowships in Neuroradiology and Interventional Radiology at the University of Virginia, Charlottesville.
