Dr. Matt Carr joins RIMA from his position as a staff radiologist at Ventura County Medical Center. Dr. Carr did his undergraduate work at the University of California, San Diego and attended medical school at Texas Tech University Health Science Center. In El Paso. He did his radiology residency at Santa Barbara Cottage Hospital in Santa Barbara.
